SoftPepper PSP Video Converter is a software that allows you to convert various video formats including AVI, MPEG, MPEG4, 3GPP, 3GPP2, DAT, MOV, WMV, ASF to PSP compatible files.
It supports batch conversion to let you process multiple simultaneous files, it lets you trim video (set start and end points on a time line to convert only a clip or segment of the input video), take snapshots of movie scenes to various image formats, and configure advanced settings such as video format, frame rate, resize method, resize quality, audio bit rate and quality, etc.
The program also features the "PSP uploader tool" to help you transfer MP4 files already processed by the program to your Sony Play Station Portable device.
This application is easy to use, it has a nice and intuitive graphic interface with all the basic tools needed to convert video. It lacks editing features like crop, effects, flip, etc. but is good enough for basic users who only want to play their videos with their PSP device.
